Well-appointed and updated room with a decent view from the window. Perfectly clean, huge bathroom. First-class service overall and parking next to hotel.

Varied breakfasts, and knowledgeable staff.

Newly renovated room with comfy beds and smaller TV's, for instance, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Location so close to downtown/oldtown Naperville, which has lovely restaurants and a riverwalk, The restaurants and attractions in the area, and the areas of cleanliness, service, and affordability.

Overall the staff was very kind, and always serviced with a smile.

The location, price and staff were all great. Stayed here several times when on a budget but looking for a night out. Will likely return!

The breakfast was kinda meh, but it was free, so who can really complain without being childish?

Food was wonderful. Hotel was very clean. Bed was comfortable.

Where was the refrigerator?? Even the most basic hotel supplies a way to keep things cold.This was very disappointing for the price. We were also disappointed with the size of the pool

Toilet Tank flush was broken. When we informed about it to the front desk, she told that there is no one to fix it as it was July 3rd and no room is vacant and we have to manage somehow. We had to open the Toilet tank flush box ourselves and temporary fix the flush mechanism using a tape. But still every time we use the toilet, we had to put our hands into that tank reserviour and place the tank ball so that running water closes. We were very dissatisfied. We asked them for refund as they tell 100% refund if not satisfied, but no email so far.

We loved exploring the historic downtown and finding cool spots near the hotel. The breakfast was well-stocked, and we appreciated the staff letting us hang out in the lobby late at night. The room stayed nice and cool, a huge plus for us.

The bathroom felt a bit cramped and narrow, a little uncomfortable for us, but it was manageable.

I really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was decent, but I wish there were more vegetarian options. I would stay here again!
